Best beginning of the NEW YEAR 2011

The New Year 2011 started with a successful opening for this department. Two best paper awards were bagged by the research scholars at a National Conference held on 7-8 January, 2011 at New Delhi.. Three papers were presented in the conference and one another paper was accepted and published in the proceedings.

Papers presented:

  1. Mohamed Musthafa. K & Dr. Naushad Ali PM.  Electronic Publishing at Calicut Medical College, Kerala: A case study of three open access journals.
  2. Dr. Naushad Ali PM, Sheikh Mohd Imran & Muzamil Mushtaq. E-learning interoperability standards for web based information service: A framework for developing a universal e-learning interoperability standard.
  3. Prof. Shabahat Husian, Muzamil Mushtaq, Sheikh Mohd, Imran & Hilal Ahmad Najar. Electronic Publishing with an incline towards open access publishing: A study of author’s perspectives in the field of Medicine.
  4. Shazia Khan, Saima Khan, Surraya Ghalibeen. Building digital libraries: tools and techniques.




We congratulate all the researchers who participated and presented their papers in the conference.
