Post of Assistant Librarian & Library Assistant at Noida Institute of Engineering and Technology, Greater Noida

Applications are invited for the two post of ‘Library Assistant’ and one post of ‘Assistant Librarian’ at Central Library of Noida Institute of Engineering and Technology, Greater Noida, G.B.Nagar, UP.

Job Description: Assisting in Acquisition/Subscription/Renewal of Documents, Handling Circulation Counter, Reader Assistance, use of Library Management Software, Information Searching, Classification and Cataloguing, etc.

Essential Qualification: Candidate must possess Graduation in any discipline and Bachelor of Library and Information Science (B.L.&.I.Sc) for ‘Library Assistant’ and Master of  (M.L.&.I.Sc) for ‘Assistant Librarian’ from any recognized institute/university. Library and Information Science

Experience: Applicant should have 1-3 years of experience in any active library with working knowledge of computer application in the library.
